With over eight years of clinical experience, Courtney counsels from the belief that every individual, regardless of age or experience, has the ability to grow, heal, and change when given the proper tools and support. Courtney views counseling as a process of building a trusting relationship to create a safe environment that encourages growth at each individual’s pace.
While prioritizing the therapeutic relationship, Courtney is dedicated to equipping individuals with practical, tangible tools they can apply to their lives beyond the therapy office. Courtney is intentional about maintaining the integrity of client relationships, fostering an environment that allows for trusted, direct, and honest feedback aligned with clients' goals and values.

Jordan is a warm and empathetic counselor with a deep passion for advocating for children, adolescents, and adults who have been impacted by trauma. She enjoys challenging individuals who are motivated to work on their mental health. Through her experience as a counselor at a Children’s Advocacy Center, Jordan has developed a comprehensive understanding of how mental struggles can affect relationships, families, physical health, career aspirations, and overall psychological well-being.
Jordan is dedicated to providing a counseling process built on a safe, nonjudgmental, and trusting environment where clients feel heard, understood, and valued. Taking a holistic approach, she strives to understand each individual, their values, and their goals, offering guidance that serves as the guardrails for psychological and emotional growth.
Lane Fleming, MA, LPC-Associate

Lane is a compassionate and encouraging therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families navigate life’s challenges with hope and resilience. Utilizing a strengths-based, client-centered approach, Lane utilizes assessments that will lead individuals towards greater self-awareness and self-acceptance. In addition, with the understanding that life’s experiences shape one’s identity and sense of well-being, Lane incorporates psychodynamic elements into therapy in order to help clients reframe past narratives into positive, purposeful and life-giving motivations.
Lane is a passionate advocate who believes that growth, healing and wholeness are available for every person, whatever their age and stage of life. She is action- and solution-oriented and will work with clients to develop strategies to achieve their desired outcomes. Lane is a wife, mother and grandmother of seven who enjoys traveling, golf, hiking, spending time with family, and experiencing the world’s cultures.
